You can also turn on your video chat so our experts can show you the jewellery that you want in real time. That means you can get an idea of what it looks like outside of the pictures right then and there. Of course, you can feel free to turn off the video anytime!

Moi Moi Home Try-On

Pictures can help give you an idea of what our jewellery looks like; our experts can also provide you with a detailed explanation of the unique features that each piece has, but sometimes, there’s nothing better than just trying on the actual thing for yourself. Guess what? We have a solution for that, too! Head over to our online store, pick up to three designs that you want and we’ll send them all to your address! Try on each piece and decide which ones you like best, then after seven days, return to us what you don’t want. It’s like renting out a piece and getting your full payment back after you’re done with it! So you practically enjoyed it for FREE! 

Ring Sizers

Here’s a short tragic story: Waiting for days for your jewellery to arrive only realise once it’s finally in your hands that it’s NOT the right fit. We don’t want that to happen to you! That’s why we’re sending you a FREE ring sizer to get the most accurate measurement!

Once you have the ring sizer with you, follow these simple steps:1. Based on the instructions that come with the ring sizer, form a ring shape; 2. Slip on the ring sizer and adjust to give a comfortable fit; 3. Check that it slips back over the knuckle; 4. Your ring size will be shown by the arrow on the ring sizer.

Free Shipping & Postage

Your order will be insured by us so that it’s guaranteed to arrive safely and promptly, no matter where you are in the world!  Also, we know how shipping fees can be a pain in the neck, especially during this time. To make things more beneficial for you, we’re keeping our free shipping policy for our Australian customers! Postage within Australia is via Australia Post Express Post and will require a signature upon receipt.

Of course, we’re not forgetting our international customers during this time. You will receive free shipping for AUD$500 and over worth of jewellery or loose stones. Please do note that all international purchases are exempt from Australian GST however taxes and duties may be payable in your own country.
