Most of our jewellery is handcrafted and made-to-order for you. Once the order is received, it will take about 2 weeks for Men’s Wedding Bands and 4-6 weeks for Ladies Rings. We also carry some of the more popular designs in stock and for these you can take it with you immediately. If you need a resize then please allow a couple of days.

Yes, we offer a 6 week lay-by period so you can pay in instalments along the way or settle the remaining balance on your account before your Moi Moi jewellery is posted to you. We require a 20% deposit for stock items and 50% deposit for custom made pieces.
Yes, you can exchange or return your gift for a credit if the jewellery is returned to us within 14 days of our dispatch. Please review our full Return Policy here.

Sure, we offer a complimentary resize (+/- 2 sizes) within the first year of purchase. We recommend wearing your ring in warm and cool weather before having it resized as weather can affect the way it fits. Read more about your complimentary resize here.
Moi Moi fine jewellery comes with a 5-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects on the setting. More information is available here.
