MOI MOI WEBSITE SIGN-UP COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This competition (“Competition”) is promoted by Moissanite Pty Ltd (ABN 95 088 977 164) trading as Moi Moi Fine Jewellery, of Level 2, Shop 8, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate families of Moi Moi Fine Jewellery are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition opens on 8/5/2024 and closes on 31/7/2024 (“Entry Period”). All times and dates are in Sydney which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date.
4. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
5. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

ENTRY

1. To enter, an entrant must sign up for the Moi Moi newsletter, by submitting their First Name, Last Name and Email address to the website pop-up sign-up form at http://www.moimoi.com.au
2. Participants may enter the competition once only. Entry is open to new email subscribers only.
3. Invalid or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Each valid entrant who has entered the competition from 00:01 on the first day of the Competition until 23:59 on the last day of the Competition will be entered into the prize draw for that Competition period.
5. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
6. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Moi Moi Fine Jewellery. Entrants may unsubscribe from these emails at any stage by following the instructions contained in the footer of the marketing emails.

PRIZE

1. The eligible entrant who is chosen to win will receive an 18K White Gold 6x4mm Oval SUPERNOVA Moissanite Necklace, 0.49ct, valued at RRP$960 inc GST.
2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, nor is the prize redeemable for cash.
3. The prize does not include shipping or delivery costs. All other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.

WINNER

1. The winner will be randomly drawn by Moi Moi Fine Jewellery at the end of the Entry Period.
2. The winners will be notified in writing via email and published on Instagram @moimoifinejewellery within 2 days of each draw.
3. Should the notification email to the winner bounce or be undeliverable, and the winner does not respond via Email or Instagram within 7 days of notification, then the Promoters have a right to draw another winner.
4. The winners must collect their prizes at the Moi Moi Fine Jewellery store. Level 2, Shop 8 Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, by 31st August 2024. If the winner cannot come to the store, they may elect to have the prize posted to them for a postage fee.
5. If the prizes are not collected by 31st August 2024, then Moi Moi Fine Jewellery has the right to choose another winner who will then have one month from notification to collect the prize.
6. All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
