We had a sales consultant by the name Julie serve us and show us an extremely wide range of diamond rings. She was patient, understanding and spent a LOT of time with us figuring out which ring we wanted. If you ever want to check out diamond rings or any ring for that matter, I’d HIGHLY recommend the sales consultant Julie.

Hi all! I genuinely loved my experience at Moi Moi. I have been with my partner for 5 years now and in the past 1-2 years I’ve been nervously looking for potential places I could personalise an engagement ring from. My eyes were set on Moi Moi as they offered more ethical ring choices as my partner would passionate talk about. When I finally pulled the trigger to come in for a consultation, it was super relieving. I had the pleasure to be consulted by Julie who meticulously looked after me, educated me on the choices I’m making and shows her expertise to narrow down my options. I came in thinking I would leave with a moissanite ring, but when I was exposed to their lab grown diamond I was in love. I ended up choosing in my opinion the perfect ring band for my partner, as well as taken through an extensive range of diamonds to choose from to put on the ring. Julie educated me in the gradings, sizing of the rings and what works well. My decision would have been a million times harder than what it already was if it wasn’t for Julie. I paid for the ring in full. 5 weeks later I was notified to come in to collect my ring. Julie opened the ring box and it was absolutely perfect! The light coming from the top of the box shining on the glistening diamond would have made me say YES to anyone. I am in love with it and I’m certain my partner would too. Long story short, if you’re looking for engagement rings, look for further than Moi Moi. I’ll be coming back to sort out my wedding bands when the time comes. Absolutely fantastic experience with the team at Moi Moi. Customised experience with attention to detail and attentive to the requests and needs of the client. Had a custom ring made and they sourced the stones and made it in an incredible turnaround time so I could have it ready for my wife's 40th birthday. On top of that they somehow managed to read my mind and pick out the perfect earrings to go with when I couldn't articulate the design. It was an absolute pleasure from end to end and highly recommend for any occasion. Thanks Moi Moi my wife and I are extremely happy!

Cathy at Moi Moi QVB really went ABOVE and BEYOND to help make it all happen with ON THE SPOT short notice. I needed the ring altered and sized up and within hours it was ready for pick up. My partner and I went to Moi Moi after we had gotten engaged, we went there multiple times and were served by Leah and Jess. Both were so kind and patient, and had allowed me to try on multiple engagement ring styles in different carat sizes on each visit. When I had concerns on pairing my ring with a specific wedding band style the team were able to custom make the band the diamond sat on, to ensure that it would be wedding band flush. Love the team and will be heading back to look at wedding bands later this year!
