A Message from the Owners: Lauren and Alana

What a week we have all had!  We hope that despite the upheaval you are all well, washing your hands and remembering that while all of this unfolds, there remain to be many blessings we can be thankful for.  We are thankful for so much: The frontline health workers, scientists, researchers, teachers, our friends & families, and of course our wonderful team.

As a valued client of Moi Moi Fine Jewellery, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and update you on what the evolving situation with COVID-19 means to you as a customer.

In line with Government advice, our Sydney, QVB store remains OPEN, as well as our manufacturing workshop.

We understand if you are unable to come into the store, and we are more than happy to post your jewellery for Free.  Your parcel will be insured too. Please contact the store and they will be able to assist you.

As the QVB store is still open, please feel free to drop by and collect any completed jewellery or take the time to have a look at some new pieces. There is plenty of hand sanitiser, jewellery is being washed after every consult and all surfaces are being wiped down several times each day. Plus, there’s plenty of parking these days 🙂

As always our website remains open for shopping, browsing or building wishlists (the perfect antidote to the news or boredom), we can always chat on the phone, and email each other….and in a very short time we can’t wait to share with you Moi Moi Live Help, which we know you’ll love.
