Oz managed to source a beautiful diamond and setting within 24 hours and he went above and beyond to ensure I got it on time. I picked it up a few hours before my flight!Oz was knowledgable, friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend him and Moi Moi more!

My fiancee and I had a great experience at Moi Moi when purchasing our rings.We were served by JP who was very honest, provided excellent service, very knowledgeable, and was very patient handling my fiancees many changes.Other stores we visited were very cold, tried to make a big deal over certain aspects of their diamonds that weren't really relevant and felt snobbish.Highly recommend Moi Moi to anyone shopping for their engagement rings!

Great selection and extremely good service. Not pushy or snooty. Was looking for an anniversary present for my wife. Went to the usual suspects (Cartier, Tiffany, Bvlgari etc) but found it all to be very drab and overpriced. Also staff were very ‘stiff’.Went walking through QVB, walked into MoiMoi and found it to be a relaxed atmosphere and a great variety of jewellery at great prices. Found a beautiful pendant. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up 👍👍

I am so glad my fiancé bought my engagement ring from Moi Mois. My ring is absolutely stunning and made with such incredible craftsmanship - I regularly receive compliments about it! A highlight of the Moi Moi experience is their truly knowledgeable and caring staff. I got in engaged in 2019 and have unfortunately had to postpone our wedding 3 times - throughout this time the staff have always been thoughtful and kind and ready to help with any ring questions I had. I wouldn’t have thought I’d be getting my ring cleaned for my wedding in 2022 but I did and the staff welcomed me back with excitement. A big thank you to the staff at Moi Moi - I really appreciate all your hard work and your love for your customers.

My fiancee Eliza and I visited Moi Moi in search of a perfect engagement ring late 2021. Upon entry, we were warmly welcomed into the jeweller. Our ring expert was Jessica and she was absolutely brilliant! She was such a good listener, so accommodating, and above all she was humble and honest with her business.Eliza and I walked away so happy.When I picked up the ring not too long after, I was served by Jessica again and also got to speak to her team. They were all like Jessica, so supportive and helpful!I can't believe how beautiful the ring is. Eliza and I are always looking at it, especially her as you can imagine. Excellent customer service, very helpful and supportive, all staff members were great to work with. Easy website to navigate, I purchased their lab grown diamond seperately & picked one of their ring designs online all sight unseen. The staff helped me with each step and made invoicing easy & realistic. I was a little apprehensive spending so much without being able to physically see it in the flesh first but when it arrived (express & discreet shipping) I was blown away by the quality of the stone, the ring & craftsmanship. Her & I could not be happier, 10/10 in all aspects. Thanks for the perfect gift.

Emails and text msgs kept us updated on our rings and delivery progress every step of the way.
