A Quick Guide to Pink Diamonds

Pink diamonds are one of the rarest and most expensive diamonds in the world, it is also an Australian icon with more than 90% of the world’s deposits being found at the Argyle Diamond Mine in the Kimberley, Western Australia. Pink diamonds are the most sought-after of all the fancy coloured diamonds. The Argyle Diamond Mine has declared that it is set to close the mine at the end of this year, making Argyle pink diamonds more desirable than ever.

Pink diamonds are known to be the second rarest of all diamonds, so it’s easy to tell how unique this high-quality gem is. Among the range of coloured diamonds, pink diamonds are exceptionally beautiful, rare and valuable.
