Are emerald cut engagement rings more expensive?
The simple answer is no. An engagement ring with an emerald cut will be cheaper than an engagement ring with a round diamond (and cheaper than most other shapes). Emerald cuts are cheaper per carat than most cuts, and are significantly cheaper than round diamonds. This is because of two reasons: 1) lower demand for emerald cuts 2) higher yield on cutting (you lose the least amount of weight when cutting a rough diamond into a polished emerald cut.

How much does it cost to design an engagement ring?
There are many variables that will affect the price such as the type of stone chosen, stone size, how many side stones and how much gold or Platinum will be used in the ring. We can give you a quote straight away once you have made all of your selections.
Are custom engagement rings more expensive?
Custom engagement rings are slightly more expensive than our stock ring designs, yet still very affordable. We only charge a nominal custom fee to account for extra design and labour. Normal charges apply for the type of stone chosen, stone size, how many side stones and how much gold or Platinum will be used in your custom engagement ring.
How can I customise my engagement ring?
We can customise any ring to your requirements. Just share your ideas with us, either in-store, by email or on a video call so we can finalise all of the details of the design. We will also be able to provide a quote for you on the spot. Once we have your approval on these details we will then draw up a CAD (Computer Aided Design) for your approval or to make any changes. Then we begin to craft your beautiful ring for you. This entire process usually takes around 4 – 6 weeks. It is an easy and straight forward process.
What if I don’t know my ring size?
We can send you a ring sizer that you can find out yourself, your correct ring size at home. We can start your custom designed process while you wait for the ring sizer to arrive.
I don’t live in near a store, can I do custom made order over email/phone?
Absolutely! We frequently do this for our customers internationally and around Australia. We have a Live Help option which enhances your shopping experience from the comfort of your home. This is as good as though you are shopping in-store.
How does live help work for a custom design consultation?

What happens if I don’t like my ring when I receive it?
This in fact rarely happens, because the crafting of your ring only happens with your approval of the computer aided drawing (CAD) which shows all the design elements, measurements, angles of the ring so you can be assured as to what you will receive. Custom made is usually non-refundable but however, if you are not happy then we can remake it for you for a nominal sum.
