The Rosé Aperitif is a sweet vermouth infused with pink grapefruit, orange peel and natural botanicals, delivered in an apothecary-style bottle inspired by Italy’s architectural style, Stile Liberty. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This competition (“Competition”) is promoted by Moissanite Pty Ltd (ABN 95 088 977 164) trading as Moi Moi Fine Jewellery, of Level 2, Shop 8, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate families of Moi Moi Fine Jewellery are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition opens on 7/2/2021 and closes on 20/2/2022 (“Entry Period”). All times and dates are in Sydney which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date.
4. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
5. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

ENTRY

1. To enter, an entrant must sign up to the Moi Moi newsletter, by submitting their First Name, Last Name and Email address into the website pop-up sign up form at http://www.moimoi.com.au.
2. Participants may enter the competition once only.
3. Invalid or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Each valid entrant who has entered the competition from 00:01 on the first day of the Competition until 23:59 on the last day of the Competition will be entered into the prize draw for that Competition period.
5. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
6. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Moi Moi Fine Jewellery. Entrants may unsubscribe from these emails at any stage by following the instructions contained in the footer of the marketing emails.

PRIZE

1. There are 6 x prizes that will be given away.
2. The 6 x eligible entrants who are chosen to win, will receive a bottle of Hotel Starlino Rose Apertif and bottle of tonic valued at RRP$50 inc GST.
3. The prize includes delivery of the bottles to the winners chosen address, within Australia only.
4. The winner may otherwise elect to collect the prize from the Moi Moi Fine Jewellery store.
5. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, nor is the prize redeemable for cash.

WINNER

1. The winner will be randomly drawn by Moi Moi Fine Jewellery at the end of the Entry Period.
2. The winners will be notified in writing via email and published on Instagram @moimoifinejewellery within 2 days of the draw.
3. Should the notification email to the winner bounce or be undeliverable, and the winner does not respond over Instagram within 7 days of notification, then the Promoters have a right to draw another winner.
4. The winners may elect to collect their prize at the Moi Moi Fine Jewellery store. Level 2, Shop 8 Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, by 20th May 2022. If the winner cannot come to the store, they may elect to have the prize posted to them. Once dispatched, the Promoters take no responsibility for the Prize.
5. If the prizes are not collected by 20th May 2022, then Moi Moi Fine Jewellery has the rights to choose another winner who will then have one month from notification to collect the prize.
6. All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
